One CMS for Every Location

Reservations from anywhere, anytime

Redstone has locations spread throughout the Midwest and the Northeast, each of which has its own information relating to hours, specials, and more. Perrill made it easy for each location to manage and update its info in WordPress so customers would always have access to the most up-to-date content. Perrill also integrated Open Table functionality so customers could view availability and book reservations from anywhere. Inquiry and request forms were also optimized to provide a seamless experience for users. In all, customers had everything they needed in one place to inspire them to dine at Redstone.

Active Social Presence

Engaging with customers online and in-store

After site-launch, the Perrill team took over management of Redstone’s social media accounts, creating content and curating the brand’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This involved daily collaboration between departments to align content, visuals, and execution across platforms and locations. The project also entailed reputation management and both reactive and proactive engagement to create open channels of communication between Redstone and its audience.

A primary goal for the new site was to ensure it aligned with and conveyed the upscale yet practical and inviting environment of every Redstone restaurant. Perrill improved upon the design and navigation to achieve this goal and also produced more well-organized and attractive pages, utilizing in-depth user persona research to guide the process. Redstone’s WordPress blog was made to fit perfectly into the responsive site which functioned beautifully across every device. Perrill also leveraged an extensive photo gallery within the new site to showcase the look, feel, and appetizing offerings Redstone has in store.
